Plenary speaker: Peter Wells, Head of Policy at the Open Data Institute
Peter is policy lead at ODI. Peter spent over 20 years in the telecommunications industry working at the intersection of technology, business and people, including 10 years at a professional services firm, Cartesian. He worked with both telecommunications companies and regulators to investigate new technologies, transform businesses and launch new products in the role of Director of Sales Support and Innovation.

These sessions will be linked to the morning talks and will showcase how particular techniques or software were used to give you ideas and practical guidance to take back to your organisations. These will be informal sessions where delegates can ask questions throughout to aid their understanding.
