THE COMPANY

Join a market-leading digital media and marketing agency in this UX Researcher role, optimising platforms for a niche and specialised client-base. You'll join a rapidly growing organisation, entailing a great opportunity to flourish and develop as a user experience researcher within an expanding function under the leadership of some leading UX experts.

THE ROLE

As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for planning, executing and communicating user experience research as well as analysing customer journeys across multiple platforms around the world. Working across multiple projects and clients, you will create dashboards to monitor performance and visualise insights in order to support the wider team through your insights and recommendations. You will be responsible for setting up and managing customer insight tools including surveys, heatmaps and user tests.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

As the successful UX Researcher, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive and proven understanding of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, as well as best practices and core principles of great UX as UI
  • Exceptional understanding of user psychology
  • Experience of creating personas, customer journey maps, process flows, wireframing as well as carrying out user testing studies on prototypes and live sites
  • Strong abilities to communicate findings and recommendations to various levels, including senior team members
