As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for planning, executing and communicating user experience research as well as analysing customer journeys across multiple platform. Working across multiple projects and clients, you will create dashboards to monitor performance and visualise insights to support the wider team through your insights and recommendations. You will be responsible for setting up and managing customer insight tools including surveys, heatmaps and user tests.
