UX and Optimisation Analyst
In this UX and optimisation analyst role, you'll be joining a leading eCommerce company, working across platforms with the aim of optimising user experience. You will take a creative approach to optimise user engagement and interaction as much as possible across the sites, helping the company to achieve its aggressive growth plans around the globe through your data-driven insights and recommendations.
As a UX and optimisation analyst, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end optimisation process, conducting and analysing A/B and MV tests in order to enhance User Experience. You will take a creative and innovative approach whilst working across multiple projects to optimise conversion rates and increase revenue, and the role will enable you the opportunity to dictate and execute optimisation strategy within a growing optimisation function.You'll work closely with the UX development team as well as the Acquisition and Retention teams in order to achieve your shared data-driven objectives.
