This is an opportunity to join a small agency of 15 people with some exciting clients and a friendly atmosphere. They have been established for ten years and are steadily growing the team. They regularly enter industry awards and have had success with Wirehive and The Drum. They are looking for an SEO Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled digital marketing professional to take on responsibility for the management and implementation of SEO campaigns for a variety of clients, as well as develop your own skills and experience as part of a forward-thinking company. The Role This is a client-facing role, you'll be working with a broad range of clients and looking to build effective long-lasting relationships. SEO - Working independently on all aspects of SEO, including strategy, implementation, keyword research, competitor analysis, on page optimisation, link profile analysis and growth to enhance organic visibility - Using analytical tools e.g. Google Analytics and SEMrush to identify trends and opportunities - Evaluating product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design etc. when determining keywords and campaigns - Analysis of SERPs, analytics data, plus competitor and industry activity to make continual improvements to websites - Technical SEO, including 301s and site architecture - Monitoring Google Webmaster Tools to identify on-site problems and communicating with relevant teams to resolve these - Link building strategy and implementation - Leading SEO implementation and transition for new websites and website rebuilds - Preparing detailed monthly reports for clients - SEO copywriting experience advantageous Requirements: - Degree level or equivalent - 2-3+ years experience working with SEO and analytics - Hands on/technical experience would be advantageous - Experience of Affiliate, Display, Social - Strong technical background on website/CMS - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strategic mindset Benefits: - 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays) - Day off for your birthday - Time off between Xmas and New year (without using holiday) - Annual bonus scheme based on KPIs and business performance - Use of studio Pool table - Fresh fruit weekly - Company pension scheme - Tea break encouraged at 3 pm - Social events (Bowling, Go carting, Ping Pong) - An inspiring, comfortable and social office environment - A short walk from Maidenhead town centre and the train station - Courses, equipment, and training to nurture your skills Job Type: Full-time
