As a Sales Insights Analyst you will leverage one of the richest proprietary data sets in the world to discover insights that help our sales team serve our partners. To be successful in this role you need to be highly analytical, be comfortable structuring and scoping ambiguous requests, have a passion for data and enjoy presenting your findings in a visually compelling way. Your stakeholders won’t always know what’s possible, so it is important that you ask practical questions to get clarity in addition to managing expectations on what you can deliver.

You will be an integral part of the UK Sales team, responsible for generating insights that drive the growth of our restaurant partners.Working closely with the sales management team to provide actionable insights to the national and regional priorities, supporting strategy development.
Strong analytical skills, ability to work with great deals of data, to turn this into insight.Creation and development of standard reporting to support business needs, in addition to ad hoc deep dive analysis in key issues or opportunities.
Leverage Just Eat's unique data to drive insights and learnings which address our partners' business challenges
Extract necessary data and visualize findings in either in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau or other data visualization software
Act in a consultative capacity to your sales partners and the wider business in the area of data-driven Insights
Handle multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously
Proactively identify opportunities to develop scalable insights for internal and external stakeholder
Develop intelligent reporting frameworks that identify risks and opportunities for our sales function across a range of metrics.
Develop tools that enable teams to access data for themselves, helping to create a ‘data culture’ throughout the organisation
Provide prescriptive insights across a range of topics to our core business functions that support improved decision-making.
Working across Salesforce and Tableau business systems to provide relevant and insightful standard reporting that meet the needs across the UK Sales Function:
Sales management team
Regional Growth Managers
Tele account managers
Standard reporting to ensure effective tracking of performance of:
Cities and large towns
National, regional and territory level key metrics
Working closely with the Group Salesforce and Business Intelligence teams to create dashboards within salesforce and tableau
Development of monthly and quarterly insights to support management team in development and tracking of progress of the regional and national strategy
Continuously innovate, and find better ways to use information.
Ad Hoc Insight Development
Work with teams to define measurement frameworks for trials and initiatives.
Proactive identification of issues or opportunities, deep dive to uncover cause, liaise with the relevant team to support action plans to resolve issues and deliver the growth opportunity
As required support management team in analysis and insight on business priorities, make clear recommendations on your findings
You will have a unique view of our business with access to all information. Proactively identify opportunities to increase our restaurant partner growth through improving customers’ takeaway experience and our business processes.
Required skills and experience
Data Analysis & insight experience
Highly numerate, and capable of translating business requirements into insight based actionable plans
Expert in Excel or similar spreadsheet based analysis.
Familiarity with statistical testing and modelling techniques.
Comfortable drawing conclusions when working with new data sets.
Enjoys working with data, and comfortable dealing with messy unstructured data.
Understands how to develop measurement frameworks and derive core metrics that drive a business.
Can use data to tell a story.
High level of attention to detail.??
Experience with Data Visualisation tools, ideally Tableau or an equivalent.
Experience with CRM system, ideally salesforce accredited
