As the Sales Analytics Manager you will providing our Sales and Account Managers with insightful analytics to track and monitor performance. You will be supporting Head of Performance on a daily basis to help drive data driven recommendations. If you love data you will love this role!

Quickly and consistently performs expert analysis using standard sales reports/dashboards/analytics and derives actionable insight for sales leadership/management. Includes tracking sales performance against established goals, predicting future sales performance, and identifying risks and opportunity
Provides primary support to sales leadership and sales management in analysing the market
Provides quality analysis and recommendations to support the formulation of the sales strategy and plan for the sales organization in addition to identifying opportunities to further optimize
Collaborating with Finance partners to build yearly Sales and Account Development target
Prepares presentations and status reports to communicate financial, sales, and operational performance. Identifies areas of risk and opportunity. Summarizes insights for leadership team
Supporting management on key projects / process improvements
Build and interact with contacts at a various levels throughout the organisation
Developing and mentoring team members

 

What you’ll need?
 

Analytical Acumen – Data savvy and have the ability to draw out key trends / recommendations from large data sets to help shape the business. Expert in MS Excel, MS Access, Salesforce.com, Powerpoint, (knowledge on Cognos, BI Tools, SAS is a plus)
Subject Matter Expert – Deep knowledge / best practice for sales analytics, sales business intelligence and sales metrics
Team Player-  Actively supporting your team’s daily and mid/ long term objectives
Customer Focus - Able to serve our internal customers use customer insights to help shape the business
Project Management - Strong planning skills with flexibility in approach, supporting changing priorities. Collaborates with business experts, challenges the norm and establishes best practice
People Skills and Communication - Contributes effectively in verbal and written communications. Takes the lead with key relationships demonstrating positive impact and proactively seeks and builds on feedback with positive effect.
