An exciting opportunity has risen for a talented Project Manager to join our Visit London team! As Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of online and print projects, working on multiple projects in an Agile environment to help define and deliver valuable and inspiring products.

Your primary project will be the management of PLAY LONDON - The official game for London. London and Partners in conjunction with a major animated character and other stakeholders will launch an interactive Match 3 game designed to target international visitors attracting them into and around London. This cutting edge exciting project will require excellent and efficient organisational skills across various stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.

You will also manage other projects including taking websites from concept to delivery, working with stakeholders to define and user test requirements. You will coordinate digital elements of marketing campaigns including the video production process. As the successful candidate, you will be a strong communicator and excellent multi-tasker and you will enjoy solving problems and finding solutions to customer requirements. This is a varied and exciting opportunity to manage high profile projects and work in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage the London Game project, working with our delivery partner to ensure the project is delivered on time with, business value and is customer focussed
Project manage a variety of digital marketing campaigns, working with internal teams, external stakeholders to define requirements
Create detailed project plans that include deliverables for all digital channels
Lead on project communications, including team meetings (stand ups), timely updates, gathering feedback and sign-offs
Work with internal teams to ensure digital backlogs are well defined and prioritised in JIRA
Remove blockers to ensure work is completed on time
Ensure user testing and QA are complete for all projects before product launch.
Work alongside internal teams to ensure the maintenance and optimisation of existing several websites
Coordinate video production, assisting internal creative team: unlocking locations, liaising with stakeholders/clients and production agencies to ensure a smooth process between external and internal teams. Ensuring release and promotion plans in place and in line with production schedule.
Work with the Digital Project Manager to ensure all teams operate in Agile environment including organising sprint reviews, planning and backlog grooming sessions
Lead on user testing and work with digital analysts to recommend ways to continually identify valuable site improvements
Work with external agencies to lead on product development where required

You'll Have:

Experience of digital project management across all channels (apps, websites, email, social and print design)
Experience of managing a gaming app is advantageous but not essential
Ability to manage several projects at once, delivering to specification and deadlines
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Experience of managing external agencies
Experience of working with stakeholders at all levels of the business
Excellent communicator and facilitator
Ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent problem solver
A good understanding of Google Analytics
A basic technical understanding of digital products
