THE COMPANY

In this Product Analyst role, you'll work across one of the UK's most recognisable eCommerce brands, optimising user experience across multiple platforms. You will take a creative approach to optimise customer engagement and interaction as much as possible across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with the Data Science function, offering the potential to move further into this discipline, and a unique opportunity to development as an analytics professional

THE ROLE

As a Product Analyst, you'll take responsibility for planning, conducting and analysing A/B and MV tests, working on such projects across multiple channels inform the digital development of the business. You will influence and execute digital strategy through your creativity, improving cross-channel user engagement and interaction. As a Product Analyst, you'll work closely with the Data Science function to make the platform as user-friendly as possible, ensuring the tracking of products across both web and app platforms is optimum.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful product and optimisation analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Commercial experience in a Product Analyst or Optimisation role
  • Proven abilities using SQL and Excel
  • Strong prior usage of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics in a commercial environment
  • Experience hypothesising, conducting and analysing A/B or MV tests, using Google Optimize, Maxymiser or Optimizely
  • Exposure to implementation and tag management systems (TMS) would be preferable
