You will take a creative approach to optimise customer engagement and interaction as much as possible across multiple platforms. As a Product Analyst, you'll take responsibility for planning, conducting and analysing A/B and MV tests, working on such projects across multiple channels inform the digital development of the business. You will influence and execute digital strategy through your creativity, improving cross-channel user engagement and interaction. As a Product Analyst, you'll work closely with the Data Science function to make the platform as user-friendly as possible, ensuring the tracking of products across both web and app platforms is optimum.
