At Bright Horizons, everything starts with our people and that’s where HR really flourishes.  We support our people every day with some of the best computer systems in the world including Workday and Cornerstone so as HR Data Analyst – MI Reporting, your role will be to ensure we’re providing the best possible HR IT services to our UK colleagues.


Within this role, you will work across multiple HR Software platforms and databases to create HR reports, providing commentary on everything from changes and comparisons, to patterns and trends, and predictions and impacts


This role is full time, Monday to Friday, based in our Wilmslow office.


Duties / Responsibilities


Identify and create HR MI on a monthly and ad-hoc basis, ensuring the creation of a system that can be maintained and updated in this growing organisation.
Run and build all new reports and Business Intelligence from the People systems, including Workday, Cornerstone and Brassring.
Analyse and identify trends as required on projects such as annual salary reviews, Job Performance Appraisals and Professional Development.
Implement process improvements including designing solutions for current problems such as notifications and report availability.
Present MI and BI data in reports which are aesthetically pleasing, fit for purpose, and can be effectively interpreted by managers who may not be familiar with the original data.
Collate, analyse and present data to Bright Horizons’ UK Leadership Team and Senior HR Team.
To act as a risk champion with HR data to ensure that processes and data are effectively designed to mitigate risk.
To work collaboratively with colleagues worldwide to identify and manage data flows within HR and within the wider Bright Horizons business.


Recommended Knowledge/ Experience


Experience of using an HR database (Workday preferable), Recruitment systems (Brassring preferable) and LMS (Cornerstone Preferable).
Experience of building management information reporting and dashboards, as well as reporting tools across multiple platforms
High proficiency in Excel data management skills, and Microsoft Office titles.
Self-starter who is equally confident and effective working independantly or within a wider team.
Excellent communication, prioritisation and organisation skills.
Flexibility to accommodate change according to business need.
Experience and confidence presenting reports, trends and insights to senior stakeholders in both written format, as well as live presentations.
