Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm An award winning online retailer, is currently recruiting for an E-commerce Executive to join their offices in Stirling city centre. They have a significant online presence which they are looking to grow the business further. As a key member of the senior management the Ecommerce Executive will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure they maximise every opportunity in the sector and evolve best practice for systems and processes. You will drive the e-commerce roadmap for a well-known brand. Such opportunities don't come along often and you will be instrumental in the growth of the business through the expansion of their digital channels with the opportunity for the right person to move in to the role of General Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure profitable growth within the online environment. - Deliver effective digital marketing campaigns to increase brand and product awareness and reach sales targets on a weekly / monthly basis. - Deliver a strong content management strategy. - Develop and execute paid and organic search strategies. Track, analyse, report and optimise on a regular basis. - Set up metrics, tracking system and reporting for key marketing activities. Develop and present monthly reporting dashboards. - Measure and improve key performance indicators such as traffic, clicks, CTR, CPC, email opens, conversion, contacts, marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, opportunities, sales, spending, ROI, etc. - Track and analyse email marketing campaign performance with Dotmailer. Specialist Skills & Requirements: - Knowledge of SEO, PPC and Social Media. - Dotmailer email experience beneficial. - Experience of B2C online environment and would be useful to have knowledge of developing a Magento SaaS platform. - Creative skills, with the ability to design strong online strategies. - Ability to work autonomously as well as developing a team. - Proficiency with Google Adwords and Google Analytics - Understanding of Google Shopping Feed integrations and Google Merchant Centre - Minimum of 3 years' experience in eCommerce / Digital Marketing - Experienced in creating dashboards and analysing eCommerce data (banner clicks, traffic behaviour, conversion triggers, bounce rates, etc). - Ability to build relationships, influence and manage a small team. - Interest in new eCommerce technologies and digital marketing techniques. - Positive and enthusiastic leader with high energy who can work collaboratively and develop teams.
