A Director of Customer Contact Operations is required for a fast growing fintech business based in Liverpool. This role is borne from a rapid and significant growth of an industry leading, online banking organisation. You will be responsible for refining all customer facing operations in the UK. You will offer strategic design of Customer Services, Back Office, Fraud & Risk, Collections, Complaints across the UK sites.
Essential experience includes a proven track record in a Senior Operational Management role within banking and or payments. You will have led and delivered complex operational models in a regulated banking or PCI environment.
