This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious digital marketing and online lead generation firm based in Bradford city centre. Your focus will be to launch, manage and optimise PPC campaigns in order to generate quality leads for their clients. They work across various industries including finance and home improvement. This position is all about results - hitting CPA targets and scaling campaigns. This is a full-time position, split between remote work and office work. Therefore it offers exceptional work-life. Core Responsibilities: - Manage bids, keywords and Ads on Google Adwords and Bing - Ensure daily lead targets are met for campaigns - Research and test new keywords to scale campaigns - Split test and suggest improvements for landing pages and forms - Monitor the ROI and quality of the leads - Analyse digital metrics to the detail e.g site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates, device use, locations - Analyse competitors to optimise Ad spend - Implement remarketing and retargeting - Launch new PPC campaigns from devising the strategy, to overlooking website design, to keyword research - Liaise with team members to ensure smooth technical and client fulfillment operations Person Specification: - At least 5 years with Google Adwords and knowledge of all its key features and tools - Specific experience with lead generation - Experience managing campaigns with large budgets of more than £20,000+ month - Experience with conversation rate optimisation and split testing tools - Strong proficiency with Google Analytics - Experience with online competitor intelligence and keyword research tools - Excellent computer skills - we are Cloud-based - A can-do attitude, wanting to learn and take on new responsibilities - Strong desire to contribute and be a part of growing the company for the long-term - Bonus: Someone who does not believe in the status-quo and the 9-5 way of doing things! Compensation: Exact pay based on experience, but we are looking to pay £35,000 to £45,000/year for this position.
