The core purpose of the role is to support the Digital team and help develop the Digital Conduct Risk strategy. The individual will be responsible for:
?Working closely with our Risk managers to review the existing Digital conduct risk and control framework including control effectiveness
?Reviewing existing conduct MI, conduct reporting and analysis with a view to developing new reporting for measuring key conduct risks
?Development and playing back insight to help key stakeholders understand conduct risk within the Digital function.
The individual will be based in London or Bristol and report into the Digital Reporting and Insight Manager while working alongside an additional Conduct Risk manager to help develop our Digital Conduct Risk strategy.
Developing new reporting MI so that MI focuses on the key conduct concerns and allows for insightful analysis and therefore debate.
Manage and develop key stakeholder relationships across the business.
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all the available MI data sources,
reports and analyses produced for TSB Digital
In depth analysis and understanding of performance, site usage and related customer/market trends for Internet Banking.
Produce both ad-hoc and regular reports for stakeholders that provide actionable insights.
Key Knowledge / Experience
• Good understanding of financial services.
•Experience of planning and prioritising across multiple work streams.
•Ability to coach and develop best practise data extraction techniques, ideally proficient at SQL to ensure robust insight is developed and maintained.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interpret customer requirements and understand the impact of change.
•Strong analytical skill set with ability to solve problems and think through issues
•Good understanding of MI systems, data sources and platforms.
•Good / Advanced knowledge of Excel (ideally with experience of using Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP and Web Queries).
•Experience of working with Tag Management Solutions preferred.
