Database Development Team-Leader/Manager
York - £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
This position will see you take full accountability for the design, development and maintenance of SQL Databases to the highest standards. You will be tasked to manage, and work alongside, your team of 6 developers to fulfil client-set requirements.

Your work will be project-based, but as manager, you will be expected to oversee multiple projects and ensure that work is delivered within budget and on time. SQL Server development will play a big part of the role, therefore advanced knowledge in this is essential.

To be considered, you must possess the following skills and abilities:
- 3 years' experience, at least, in a managerial capacity in a SQL Server Environment
- Knowledge & experience of implementing, and performing maintenance, of SQL Server
- Demonstrate the ability to manage change, in pursuit of positive results
No specific educational requirements are in place for this role; however as always are beneficial. The ability to demonstrate experience of SQL Server development, along with a direct match on the above main responsibilities, would put you in a good position for this role. Any experience of MS SQL full stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) would be advantageous.
