A Global Aviation Giant are looking for an Data Visualisation Team Lead to join them. This Aviation company has an excellent reputation and have significantly invested in their Analytics function over the last year. You will be working within a well established Data function, with 4 -5 direct reports, roadmapping and structuring the use of Data Visualisation within the business. The company are looking for a Tableau expert, with the ability to engage with varying stakeholders and manage a team. If you are an experienced analyst, looking to really make an impact on a business, this could be the role for you.

THE ROLE -Data Visualisation Team Lead
As Data Visualisation Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders surrounding data visualisation
• Tackling problems confidently and present solutions
• Managing stakeholders timescale requests
• Managing a team of 4 -5 Junior Analysts, acting as direct report and providing technical training where necessary
• Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure reporting, insight and analysis processes are met
• Owning and strategising a roadmap for how Data Visualisation will be used in the business
• Process, analyse and manipulate data sets using SQL
• Working on several projects simultaneously
• Generating engaging reports in Tableau and actionable insight where needed

You will need:

• Proven commercial experience using Tableau and SQL confidently and extensively
• Strong communication skills
• Degree in relevant subject
