Job Description

The Role
To source, interrogate, analyse and deliver sales and performance data at the deepest level to the UK customer market team. To provide overall analytical support and data relevant to the commercial marketplace to improve business performance and customer satisfaction. This is a pivotal role in providing analysis, commentary and insight on UK market performance and drive forward planning, budgeting/forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities will include

To provide UK customer market unit team with all necessary performance related data and associated analysis and commentary
Develop and deliver daily/weekly/monthly performance analysis/dashboards and provide insight/commentary into website, product and marketing channel performance
Work closely with central business intelligence and data warehouse teams to develop tools, data quality and reporting requirements
Provide in depth analysis on product, destination, funnel and revenues generated and provide insight on website performance and campaign effectiveness
Collaborate and share best practices with centralised teams, to streamline processes and allow better use of data and accuracy
Gather feedback and input from customer market unit teams to improve reporting and build requirements for enhancements and future reporting needs
To act as a contact and support to wider business when performance analysis and/or insight is required and collaborate with marketing, media, supply teams to support overall business goals

Skills and Experience - specialist technical knowledge
Essential

Educated to degree level in business/marketing or similar qualification
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
Proven previous experience within a performance/business intelligence role
Planning and analysis experience in an online environment
In depth understanding on BI and web analytics tools
Strong reporting and dash boarding skills using various tools
Action orientated
Strong team player working across various business units
A passion for the web and the potential of e-commerce
Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
Proactive team player
Self-motivated, uses initiative and problem solver
Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
