My Client is looking for a dynamic, investigative Customer Service Agent with excellent communication skills, who is committed to offering the best possible customer experience.
You will be dealing with queries and advising external customers engaging with this fast growing, online, banking business. Queries may relate to current accounts, payment issues or any problems they are having using their bank cards.
You will work as an integral part of a collaborative team working hard to maintain customer records, logging call information and tracking query resolution.
It is essential you have Customer Services or Back Office Administration experience from a professional or financial serveries organisation. You must have excellent written and spoken communications skills and be fluent in English. Apply now for immediate consideration!
