Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager
This is a unique opportunity for a proven CRO professional to join, shape, and lead the growth of an optimisation function from the ground-up. In this CRO Manager role, you'll join a sector-leading digital media agency, where you'll be accountable for the continual optimisation of platforms for an array of high-end clients. This is the chance to develop an expanding optimisation function as you see fit, taking responsibility for end-to-end optimisation strategy and direction of the function as a whole.
As the CRO Manager, you will be directly responsible for the end-to-end optimisation of platforms for a niche client-base. You will lead the optimisation function, initiating A/B and MV testing strategies to enable you and your team to take innovative approaches in order to optimise user experience. You will develop the optimisation strategy of the function, shaping its direction and development, in order to enhance the sector-leading position of the business in its niche field.
