The BI Manager is responsible for the MI team who sit within D2C Data & Analytics, whereby their purpose is to support the D2C ambition to use the wealth of customer information available to drive better customer engagement, sales and experience both through face to face, telephony and online channels.
The MI team will support both D2C and Prudential Financial Planning (PFP), shaping the delivery of key sales and operational MI, consolidating all MI assets into one central function, creating clearly defined operational, sales and marketing MI; focusing upon the build, distribution and automation of all outputs. The team will work collaboratively across Marketing, Finance and Data and Analytics teams to make sure all KPIs and measures (from telephony to financial) are accurately captured, agreed and understood to produce MI of the highest accuracy.
The role of the BI Manager is to lead the MI team by overseeing the production of deliverables and to help them develop both their technical skills and their knowledge of the business.  You will shape the delivery of key sales and operational MI for D2C, PFP and future product releases, presenting to senior management to inform marketing and customer value management strategies.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

Experience of analysing, interpreting, aggregating and presenting complex data to deliver knowledge and insight to business problems and issues
Significant experience of using MI to explain issues in a simple and effective way to senior managers, presenting trends and findings to senior management with an ability to see and communicate the “big picture”
Experience of MI development, production and implementation
Significant experience of MI reporting and analysing data, using a variety of appropriate tools and best –in-class MI and data visualisation tools
Experience of working with a range of different stakeholders and influencing and managing conflicting priorities
Experience of leading an MI team
