Responsible for developing elements Craneware’s various business systems to deliver smooth business operations and a cohesive view of all business information and some data.
Ongoing systems development on various business systems to ensure normal business operations. Ensure systems can scale to deal with complex business change including growth, acquisition and systems integration.
Gather, understand and analyse requirements.
Provide accurate and timely reporting of various business reports, dashboards and KPI’s using data from any systems including complex reports blended from multiple systems/data sources.
Provide advice on best practice and customise systems to meet specific user needs providing an optimum solution for the business.
Provide 2nd line Support as required in order to resolve complex support cases.
Contribute to new platform and vendor selection with regard to constant improvement of business systems by providing feedback and recommendations on how new platforms or data have to integrate with current system stack, processes and data.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience and Education:
A broad and deep understanding of Microsoft BI stack.
A proficient understanding of Craneware’s business and processes, and how business data and processes run and integrate on our platforms is required to be fully competent in this role.
Proficient in at least 2 of the following:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Production System (COT and HQS)
Integration with NetSuite ERP System
Integration with 3rd party Marketing Automation Software
Integration of 3rd party data
SQL Server data warehouse
Multiple business dashboards and reports
Project Management skills.
Excellent written, and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills, aptitude for metrics; the ability to carry out detailed cost benefit analysis and commercial aptitude.
Self-confident and culturally aware.
Experience working with users to understand their problems and define detailed business requirements.
Educated to Bachelor’s Degree in a computing related discipline; or 2-4 years’ equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
